Marco is a Project Director with over 20 years of experience in the offshore and Oil and Gas industry. He has managed the construction of major pipeline projects such as Blue Stream, Green Stream, Dolphin and Nord Stream, and most recently as Chief Project Officer for the Nord Stream 2 pipelines. Previously, he has also worked on onshore pipelines, offshore platforms and other marine facilities.

Marco is a strong leader with the capacity to develop and coordinate large international project teams. He has achieved completion on time and budget for major projects where he was budget owner and responsible for engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and testing/commissioning.

His particular strength is development and implementation of contract management systems and contractor management strategies in complex international environments. Marco holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan.
