Offshore installation is one of the most complex and high-risk stages in a marine project. StreamTec provides independent Marine Warranty Survey (MWS) services to ensure that critical operations are executed to the highest safety and engineering standards.
We support clients by verifying engineering, inspecting vessels and equipment, and monitoring offshore operations.Once requirements are met, we issue Certificates of Approval to confirm compliance with marine warranty conditions and insurance obligations.
Our hands-on oversight helps identify risks early, reduce the chance of failure, and ensure successful project delivery.

• Installation Procedures Review – Assessment of lifting, launching, float-over, pipelay procedures and contingencies
• Engineering documents review – Review of lifting, installation analysis and structural reports
• Vessel and Equipment Survey – Condition and suitability checks for installation spreads including crane vessels, pipelay vessels, support fleet and ROVs
• On-site Offshore Attendance – Monitoring of offshore operations with authority to approve hold points or intervene if conditions deviate
• Approval and Certification – Issuance of CoAs for each critical activity, providing traceable compliance for insurers and project records.
