Our integral approach is to carefully balance all main projectaspects within the team - technical design, permitting, environment, construction, safety and cost efficiency -  this approach has been proven in many projects executed by StreamTec’s personnel.  We have a large track record in the implementation of major international projects. Based on our extensive experience we provide the following project management services:

• to develop and establish specific project organisations and procedures together with the client for large-scale projects
• to provide Capex estimations based on state-of-the-art technologies and current supply market conditions
• to develop a project execution plan with all project phases, structured work packages and project schedule
• to execute the whole or parts of the Project Management on behalf of the client
• to provide interim Project Managers
• to take over specific project tasks (e.g. permitting, contractor pre-qualifications, tendering process, emergency situations)
• to perform special investigations (e.g. feasibility study, peer reviews, supply market analysis)

and in general to provide expertise and management support throughout all project phases starting from the initial concept through design and implementation to the handover to operations.
